The Isagenix 30 day cleanse
Wow, okay, I had some great results with the athlete's pak from Isagenix. I ran out of those products and decided to give myself a few days to see how I would react to NOT using them. I noticed a big difference within a few days. My body CRAVED the nutrition I was getting from the Isagenix products. I am a believer.
I ordered the 30 Day Cleanse Pak and it arrived this afternoon. I am starting tomorrow morning. I plan to pre-cleanse through the weekend, and have my first planned cleanse day on Monday. I took all new measurements today, and will weigh myself first thing in the morning, before I drink my first shake.
